Orders
We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to despatch. In the case of a cancellation by us the buyer will be refunded in full including any applicable postal charges.

Resending of items
If an item is returned to us by the Royal Mail for any reason including; either you did not arrange to collect the item from your local office, or an incorrect delivery address was supplied to us then we reserve the right to charge a reasonable admin fee to cover our cost of resending the item.

Import Taxes
Some countries outside of the EU will be liable for tax on imported items. These taxes should be borne by the buyer. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and so we recommend that you contact your local customs office if more information is required.

VAT
All prices on this site are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) charged at the applicable rate. For customers outside of the EU the total price remains the same & no reduction equivalent to, or part of, the inclusive VAT will be given.
