Delivery is FREE within the UK.

 
How much does delivery cost within Europe?
Within Europe a handling charge is added to the total basket. This is a charge per order & not per item and so will remain the same whether you are ordering 1 or 10 items.

For Jewellery orders a £5 handing charge will be added.
For Vinyl Clock orders a £6 handling charge will be added.
For all other items a £3 handling charge will be added.

Only ONE handling charge will be added per order. This will be the highest applicable value of the charges shown above.


 
How much does Worldwide delivery cost?
For Worldwide orders a handling charge is added to the total basket. This is a charge per order & not per item and so will remain the same whether you are ordering 1 or 10 items.

For Jewellery orders a £6.50 handing charge will be added.
For Vinyl Clock orders a £7.50 handling charge will be added.
For all other items a £4.50 handling charge will be added.

Only ONE handling charge will be added per order. This will be the highest applicable value of the charges shown above.

   
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
All items are despatched within 2 working days.

All items within the UK will be delivered via 1st Class Royal Mail & so should take 1 - 2 days from despatch to arrive. However, please allow time for postal delays at any busy times of year.

Items outside the UK will be sent via Royal Mail Airmail. Items within Europe normally be delivered within 3-7 working days from despatch. Items outside of Europe should take 5-10 working days from despatch.

High value orders will be sent via a trackable method & so will need a signature upon delivery.


 
How can I pay for my order?
We prefer all payments to be made via PayPal. This does not mean that you have to have a PayPal account, we just use their checkout system to ensure that the transaction is quick, easy & most importantly completely secure.

We will accept postal orders sent at your own risk, but we will only allow this for orders over £15. If you wish to puchase with a postal order then please contact us before placing your order.


 
What if I have a problem with my order?
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your order. If however there are any problems then please contact us and we will aim to resolve any issues to your full satisfaction.

 
Can I return an unwanted item?
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from The Pea's Knees Ltd. A full refund is available, however, we reserve the right to make a small admin charge to cover our costs. (Further details available upon request).

Order cancellations must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery of your items, and can be sent by e-mail to info@thepeasknees.com.

Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to us, in their original condition (meaning in the exact condition we send it with all packaging, tags, seals etc in tact), within 14 days of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Whilst every attempt has been made to ensure that the images on this site are as representitive of the products as possible, minor colour differences may occur.
